New membership application

Welcome perspective member.  The Chesapeake FOP Lodge 9 is always looking for new active members.  You have already made the first step by visiting this section of the website.  A current FOP member is needed as a sponsor.  Once this is done you can fill out the form and turn it in to a Board Member with your dues or fill out the online membership application.  First time dues are $55.00 dollars and $50.00 dollars a year after that.  Dues can be paid by cash, check, or Paypal (Paypal has small processing fee).  Once your application is received it will be voted for approval at the next monthly meeting (you are encouraged to attend).  

Membership is for Active or Retired Law Enforcement in good standing ONLY.
